In the waning hours of his presidency Monday, outgoing Roxbury Community College leader Terrence Gomes signed a resignation agreement that prohibits him and the college’s board from speaking negatively about each other “in any manner whatsoever.’’ The agreement includes a clause stating that its terms are to be kept confidential to almost all parties, but is nonetheless legally a public document. Under the agreement’s terms, Gomes will receive $98,374.25 as well as payment for unused vacation days and sick leave.
