A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday evening after a collision with a pickup truck on VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, State Police said. The unidentified 25-year-old man from Boston was pinned under the truck after the crash, which occurred around 7:15 p.m., State Police said. The man was pulled from the wreck by authorities and taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he later died of his injuries, State Police said. The driver of the truck was not injured. Wednesday’s crash follows the death of another motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man, involved in a crash on the Massachusetts Avenue bridge Monday.
