Participants in The Color Run New England, a 5-kilometer charity race during which runners are periodically doused with colored dust, crawl through part of the course in Amesbury. The race drew an estimated 6,000 participants and benefitted Homes for Our Troops, a nonprofit that helps build housing for disabled veterans
