Motorcycle strikes, injures woman on Commonwealth Ave., drives off

A woman was struck by a motorcycle in a hit-and-run accident Sunday night near Boston University on Commonwealth Avenue, Boston police said. Officers responded to the scene at 7:52 p.m. and immediately found the woman. She was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said. The motorcycle did not stop, police said. Witnesses in the area told police the motorcycle was black with colors “black and colored” but had not were not given any specifics. details.
