Around the state, among those far removed from the day-to-day political jockeying of the presidential campaign, responses were equivocal. Not really. Maybe. Kind of. Ish. It’s been four years of struggle for Alison Lozano, 30, who was laid off from her job at a health insurance company four years ago.
