Garbed in 18th-century attire and muskets, Patriots Day started with a bang as the reenactment of the Battle of Lexington took place Monday morning. The encounter between the redcoats and the patriots on April 19, 1775, was the battle, according to historians, that sparked the Revolutionary War.
