A Second Empire French Victorian known as the Proctor Mansion, built in 1861 by Providence industrialist and inventor Thomas Proctor, has been purchased by Brian and Dawn Fitzgerald of Sharon, who are restoring the building and converting it into a 12-room inn. The building overlooks Wrentham Common.
