Ayla Brown is best known around the nation as a former competitor on "American Idol."

But singing comes second for Brown. Basketball has been her first priority since she was 10 years old. Specifically, she wanted to play Division 1 basketball for Boston College.

The 6-foot guard from Wrentham is now in her senior season playing for the BC Eagles.
