Ma Siss's Place: The Birth of a Church

The church is at the corner of Quincy Street and Baker Avenue, in a residential neighborhood just north of Columbia Road. Ma Siss, who lives around the corner, bought the building in 2000, thinking her son would run a barbershop there and she would run the thrift shop, called Ma Siss’s Place.
