1989 surveillance of 'Whitey' Bulger in South Boston

  • First
  • Previous
Bulger stooped to pet a dog while Weeks looked on. Bulger always had a fondness for dogs. After he fled Boston in 1995, Bulger and his girlfriend, Catherine Greig, a former dog groomer, were hiding out in Louisiana, where they made friends by stopping their car to chat with owners out walking their dogs. They'd pull dog biscuits from the trunk of their car to feed the dogs.
