Nearly a thousand people attended today's memorial service for John Kenneth Galbraith, who died April 29. Senator Edward M. Kennedy, one of the speakers at the service, walked up the steps of Memorial Church in Harvard Yard, Cambridge, with his nephew Matt and his wife Victoria.
