Tate and Ross Lilley lifted Rakan into a specially adapted boat for a trip on the Charles River. Lilley is the founder and executive director of AccesSportAmerica, which allows Spaulding pediatric patients to participate in challenging therapeutic kayaking or windsurfing on the Charles.
