A dozen parking spaces around the oval in the town center that are too small for most automobiles have been transformed into motorcycle spaces. Department of Public Works employees used a stencil of a motorcycle and white paint to mark a dozen narrow spaces on the west and south sides of the oval exclusively for motorcycles. Motorcyclists were already parking in the spaces and some had been ticketed because they were not official parking spots.
