CONCORD, NH (AP) — A New Hampshire company must pay $50,000 in fines for illegally transporting and storing solid waste.

The state attorney general said Friday that Thibeault Corporation of New England pleaded guilty to four felonies for transporting solid waste without a permit and storing in at non-permitted facilities in Allenstown and Londonderry.

The Londonderry company was sentenced in court to pay the fines by Jan. 7, 2013.

The attorney general said an additional $50,000 in fines was suspended contingent on the company’s good behavior.
