RINDGE, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire rescuers have found no signs that the driver of a snowmobile is in Emerson Pond where the machine broke through the ice.

Crews say they found the snowmobile and footprints leading away from a hole in the ice in Rindge on Thursday.

WMUR-TV (http://bit.ly/Z05esk ) reports that here have been no reports of missing people.

Anyone missing a snowmobile is asked to call Rindge fire officials.

In Maine, four snowmobilers are believed to have died after crashing through Rangeley Lake. Wardens have recovered gloves and helmets believed to belong to three missing men, and say there are snowmobile tracks that lead to an unfrozen area near the middle of the lake. A 44-year-old Yarmouth woman, riding separately, was also killed Sunday when she plunged into the lake.
