PITTSFIELD, N.H. (AP) — Gov. Maggie Hassan is continuing her statewide tour to promote innovation in New Hampshire with a stop at a Pittsfield manufacturer.

Hassan will visit Globe Manufacturing on Friday morning. Globe Manufacturing has been based in Pittsfield for more than 100 years. It is the nation’s largest manufacturer of firefighter suits and emergency responder equipment.

Hassan has been touring the state to meet with business and local leaders to gather ideas on how to improve New Hampshire’s economy.end of story marker
