PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire police department says a 41-year-old man who worked for an agency that provides support to adults with developmental disabilities is due in court on charges of sexual assault and other charges

Portsmouth police say John C. Riley, of Milton, was arrested Thursday.

Police didn’t describe the circumstances of the alleged assault, but said Riley had access to the victim through his job.

Riley is being charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, kidnapping, and indecent exposure.

Riley is due in court Friday.
