RANDOLPH, N.H. (AP) — Wildlife officials say a hiker is dead after falling during an outing near Mount Adams.

New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say the man was one of seven hiking Saturday afternoon when he fell in King Ravine, near Randolph.

Officials said the hikers were properly equipped for the conditions.
