BETHLEHEM, N.H. (AP) — The head of northern New Hampshire’s regional planning agency for the last 18 years is stepping down.
Michael King is stepping down as executive director of the North Country Council to spend more time with family. He said he’s proud of what the council has done in economic development, transportation and community planning.
A search committee is accepting resumes through Feb. 22 and aims to name a new executive director in March. King will remain in the position until his successor is hired.
