WATERVILLE VALLEY, N.H. (AP) — Banana pancakes are on the menu in Waterville Valley, N.H., this weekend for an annual festival celebrating Curious George.
Waterville Valley is home to the Margret and H.A. Rey Center, which is named for the Curious George authors who were summer residents of the town.
This weekend’s festival includes a family nature walk, live music, a barbecue lunch and photo opportunities with Curious George and the Man with the Yellow Hat. There will also be a petting zoo, science show and weather balloon launch, and proceeds support the center’s art and science education programs.
