The official Twitter account for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee writes they are “fighting for #jobs, limited government and the #NH advantage.”

They also get really, really mad when people pretend to like sports.

That’s what happened when the state’s Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen did the run-of-the-mill, boring thing pretty much every politician does after a local sports victory—shot out a congratulatory message on Twitter about which most folks would never think twice.

Shaheen, seemingly aware she has nothing to gain by engaging the jockish taunts, has not replied.

The response from other readers, though, was overwhelmingly negative:

A request for comment from the New Hampshire GOP was not immediately returned Sunday night.
