No tuition increase planned for state's community colleges
CONCORD, N.H. --There will be no tuition increase at New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges next fall.
The system's Board of Trustees voted to hold tuition at current levels for the next academic year after two years of dramatic increases.
Tuition at the technical colleges is the highest in the nation at $164 per credit, but system officials say they had to raise tuition because the Legislature had not increased state aid to the system for several years.
