PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) -- An environmental group plans to use (New Hampshire) Town Meetings to tell presidential candidates they need to talk about global warming.
The Carbon Coalition says 180 of the state's 237 towns will include an article on their warrants that asks residents to support ideas that will address climate change. The warrant also calls on leaders to develop new energies, create new jobs and reduce greenhouse gases.
