Dean to address N.H. Dems' Convention on May 17

CONCORD, N.H.—New Hampshire Democrats say Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean will address the state party's 2008 convention on May 17 in Manchester.

Dean will join Governor John Lynch, former Governor Jeanne Shaheen, Representatives Carol Shea-Porter and Paul Hodes, Senate President Sylvia Larsen, House Speaker Terie Norelli, and others at the convention at McLaughlin Middle School.

Dean, former governor of Vermont, sought the Democratic nomination for president in 2004.
