N.H. governor nominates insurance commissioner

PLYMOUTH, N.H.—Gov. John Lynch has nominated Insurance Commissioner Roger Sevigny to serve another term.

Sevigny of Manchester was appointed to the post by Republican Gov. Craig Benson in 2003.
