SEABROOK, N.H.—New Hampshire's Seabrook nuclear power plant has hit another milestone.

The plant ended its 12th outage for refueling when it connected to the New England electrical grid Thursday -- officially beginning its 13th operating cycle since it opened in 1990.

During the outage, workers replaced 84 of the 193 uranium fuel assemblies in the plant's reactor and conducted about 2,100 planned maintenance jobs.
