Small N.H. hospital refinances debt, upgrading

CLAREMONT, N.H.—Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, New Hampshire, will be upgrading its emergency room and oncology services.

The small hospital will make the improvements after refinancing its debt with the help of the state's Business Finance Authority.
