Store manager charged with stealing lottery tickets

GREENLAND, N.H.—A convenience store manager in Greenland is accused of helping himself to nearly $4,000 in lottery scratch tickets.

Jay Manning, 57, of Portsmouth was caught when video surveillance showed him cashing in winning tickets that were among those stolen from his store, police said.
