EPSOM, N.H.—Officials say a four-alarm fire at an Epsom, N.H., barn Monday night is suspicious.
The fire heavily damaged the mid-1800s barn and shut down busy Route 4.
Epsom Fire Chief Stewart Yeaton says the barn was rented as storage by businesses. Nearly everything inside was destroyed.
Officials say the fire started in an area of the barn that doesn't have electricity. Accidental causes, like cooking, smoking and lightning, have been ruled out.
