CONCORD, N.H.—A new web site is providing free access to New Hampshire Superior Court opinions.

Twenty-eight-year-old Chris Buck developed the site, http://www.nhcaselaw.com, to be easier for the public to use than the state's official web site. Buck says the site is searchable. Documents can be printed but not downloaded.

Buck relies on paid memberships from lawyers to keep the site operating. He also relies on lawyers to upload court opinions and orders.
