MANCHESTER, N.H.—A New Hampshire World War II Army veteran is finally getting his medals.

Rep. Carol Shea-Porter on Tuesday is hosting a formal medal presentation ceremony for Charles Proulx.

Proulx, who served in the Army from 1942 to 1945, is receiving the Good Conduct Medal; European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with Bronze Star attachment; World War II Victory Medal; and Honorable Service Lapel Button.

He's getting his medals at 2 p.m. in Manchester.
