CONCORD, N.H.—Programs that help homeless families and individuals across New Hampshire are getting $5.2 million in federal funds.
The money from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is part of nearly $1.4 billion being distributed through the agency's Continuum of Care programs. The agency says this is the first time it has provided renewal grants to programs so quickly so there will be no interruption in federal assistance.
There are 48 programs in New Hampshire receiving the money, most of them in Nashua and Manchester.![]()
