CONCORD, N.H.—New Hampshire's House wants to bar the sale, use and possession of electronic smoking devices by minors.
The House voted Wednesday to impose the restrictions on the devices by under age 18. Electronic cigarettes look like the real thing but don't contain tobacco. Instead, they use a metal tube with a battery to heat a liquid nicotine solution. Users inhale and exhale the resulting water vapor.
The Senate next considers the bill.![]()
