EXETER, N.H.—True believers and skeptics alike are gathering at the second annual UFO Festival in Exeter, N.H.
Events such as an Alien Pet Costume Contest, a children's spacecraft contest using recycled materials and a scavenger hunt for small green figures are among the events planned Saturday.
The Portsmouth Herald reports some UFO scholars are speaking, such as author Philip Imbrogno, who will address "The Interdimensional Universe." The talk poses the question of a UFO "window" in the Exeter area.
In 1965, some reported UFO sightings became the subject of the book, "Incident at Exeter."
