MANCHESTER, N.H.—Victims' rights groups are asking anyone who may have been abused by a West Virginia priest when he worked in New Hampshire to come forward before he is sentenced next month.
The Rev. Felix Owino pleaded guilty in September to molesting a child in northern Virginia. On Thursday, members of three groups representing victims of clergy sexual abuse held a news conference outside the Roman Catholic Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire to urge officials to reach out to others who may have been abused by Owino.
According to the groups, Owino worked as a chaplain at Magdalen College in Warner between 2005 and 2007.![]()
