Country club gets ok to build swim facility

The Wentworth by the Sea Country Club has received approval to build a private swim club on a site near Parson’s Creek. The Zoning Board of Adjustment approved several special exceptions and variances needed to demolish the Atlantic Four Winds cottages at Ocean Boulevard and Wallis Road, and construct a private club with a swimming pool and a take-out food window on the property.
