2 arrested in NH bank robbery

MANCHESTER, N.H.—Police in Manchester, N.H., have arrested two people in connection with a robbery at the Northeast Credit Union.

Police said two masked men robbed the bank at about 12:45 p.m. Monday One had a handgun and controlled the customers, while the other stole money from the drawers and safe.

Forty-three-year-old Walter Williams was arrested at the Landmark Hotel in Laconia on Wednesday. He was charged with robbery.

Police said a 24-year-old woman, Shyloe Johnson of Gilford, also was arrested and charged with criminal liability to robbery. Police said Johnson was an accomplice and did not rob the bank.
