NH man charged with not caring for wolf hybrid pet
PORTSMOUTH, N.H.—A New Hampshire man has been accused of failing to properly confine his pet, a wolf hybrid named Lucky.
Thirty-two-year-old Johnny Morales of Portsmouth was arrested on the misdemeanor charge Tuesday. New Hampshire law requires wolf hybrids to be property confined. Officers said Morales also needed to have his pet neutered.
Police tell the Portsmouth Herald (http://bit.ly/rNQmuK) the animal was found wandering in the middle of Market Street on Nov. 9. Police say Morales had been made aware of the law in September.
