Bail reduced for NH man, says family needs him
SALEM, N.H.—A judge agreed to cut bail in half for a New Hampshire man charged in connection with some burglaries after he said he needed to be free to provide for his wife and disabled mother.
Bail for 25-year-old Joshua Muszynski (Moo-SIN'-ski) of Manchester was later reduced from $10,000 to $5,000.
He was charged with receiving stolen property in Lawrence, Mass., and being a fugitive from justice in connection with break-ins at a Salem construction company and an Atkinson gas station and convenience store. Two other men have been charged in the burglaries, in which laptops, cigarettes and cigars and cash were taken.
The Eagle-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/y9ASE5) Muszynski told Judge John Korbey his family has had a hard time coming up with bail and he needs to take care of them.
