Biden to return to NH

CONCORD, N.H.—Vice President Joe Biden is coming back to New Hampshire.
President Obama's re-election campaign says Biden will return on Thursday, Feb. 23.
Biden attended an event in Rochester on Jan. 26 after Obama's State of the Union address.
WMUR-TV ( http://bit.ly/z7PKQH) says no other details have been released about his upcoming visit.
