NH man charged with causing death by vehicle
CLAREMONT, N.H.—Authorities say a New Hampshire man is facing a manslaughter charge following the death of a Claremont resident.
State Attorney General Michael Delaney and police say 47-year-old David Carrier has been arrested and charged with manslaughter for allegedly causing the death of Arthur Desilets by hitting him with his vehicle.
Officials say the body of the 45-year-old was Desilets was found at his home in Claremont on Saturday.
An autopsy on Desilets' body is scheduled for Monday. Carrier, whose hometown was not provided by officials, is to be arraigned Monday in Claremont District Court.
