At Thursday night’s Planning Board meeting, residents are expected to get their first look at what a new YMCA might look like at the former Exeter Area Junior High School. Representatives of Altus Engineering are scheduled to present preliminary plans for the Southern District YMCA. Earlier this year, the Y reached a purchase and sale agreement with Squamscott Community Commons, which had previously planned to build a community center at the site. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the town offices.
