NORTHWOOD, N.H.—The New Hampshire Marine Patrol says the body of a 28-year-old man who fell from a boat in Northwood Lake has been recovered.

A dive team found the body of Brendan Yerry of Manchester at about 9:45 a.m. Sunday in about 15 feet of water.

The patrol, along with units from Fish and Game, Deerfield and Northwood police and area fire departments, began searching for him at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday after receiving a report that a man had fallen overboard.

The search was unsuccessful on Saturday evening, but resumed Sunday.

The boat operator, 32-year-old Eric Cable of Hooksett, was charged with boating while intoxicated.

The incident remains under investigation.
