ROCHESTER, N.H.—Police in Rochester, N.H., say a man charged with burglary was found with several items including a machete knife, a toy BB gun and duct tape.

Police say Justin Fuller is being held on $10,000 cash bail and couldn't be reached for comment at the jail. He's expected to appear in court on Monday.

Foster's Daily Democrat ( http://bit.ly/OCDhBe) says officers used a K-9 team and followed bicycle tracks to find Fuller after getting a call late Saturday from homeowners who thought a burglar was inside.

Officers say Fuller had an active warrant for receiving stolen property. They told the newspaper that Fuller's backpack contained a toy air pistol that fired plastic BBs, a machete, a hatchet, duct tape, screwdriver, pry bar, bug spray and binoculars.
