The Board of Aldermen has approved Mayor Donnalee Lozeau’s plan to spend $2.4 million on about 40 escrow items. The items include $75,000 for a downtown roadway circulation study to look at one-way versus two-way traffic, a $211,000 contribution to the new runway at Nashua Airport, and $70,000 to complete the city’s rail trail. The majority of the money — $1.6 million — was appropriated for the 2012 fiscal year, but was not spent.![]()
