Biden to file papers forming presidential campaign next week
Senator Joe Biden, a Delaware Democrat, said in an interview Friday that he is preparing for a second run for the White House.
Biden said on CNN he will form a presidential committee with the Federal Elections Committee on Wednesday.
While he is considered a long shot the nomination he has been receiving good reviews in South Carolina.
