Biden cancels N.H. trip
Senator Joe Biden canceled his trip to New Hampshire on Monday due to a scheduled Senate vote on an Iraq resolution.
Biden was scheduled speak to the Rochester Rotary Club, at the University of New Hampshire, and at a town hall meeting in Dover.
Biden is the second presidential candidate to cancel a trip to the state this week. Senator Hillary Clinton canceled her trip to New Hampshire this weekend due to the death of former President Bill Clinton's stepfather.
