Biden picks up deputy state director, top position still unfilled
Respected New Hampshire Democratic Party operative Heidi Mitchell will become Joe Biden's deputy state director in New Hampshire for his presidential campaign.
Mitchell was the architect of the Democratic takeover in the New Hampshire House, something that last occurred a generation ago.
In 2004, she worked for John Edwards.
Biden still has not selected a state director.
