Biden signs up state rep as advisor
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- After months of courting, state Representative Jim Ryan, a Franklin Democrat, will become Joe Biden's a senior adviser to New Hampshire campaign.
In the 2006 elections, Ryan was in charge of recruiting 400 candidates for the state House of Representatives, setting the stage for winning a majority.
