Biden picks up endorsement of NH House Asst. Dem leader
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- State Representative Steve Shurtleff, a Penacook Democrat, endorsed Joe Biden's presidential campaign where he will also work as a staffer.
Shurtleff will serve as a Regional Field Director for Merrimack County and the Lakes Region for the campaign and also give advice on veterans' issues.
Currently he serves as the Assistant Democratic leader in the New Hampshire House. In 2006, he worked alongside Biden's state director, Jim Ryan, on the Committee to Elect House Democrats.
